DMEA is experiencing an extremely high volume of phone calls, emails, and lobby visits. Phone hold times are extended, lines are long, and our email responses are delayed. We recognize this is frustrating for our members and not up to the excellent customer service standards we work hard to provide. We apologize for the frustration and are very thankful for our members' patience. Below are a few options for members looking to pay their bill or get account information.

  • Report a power outage
  • Contact Elevate Tech Support
  • Pay your DMEA Bill or access your account balance

Payment Kiosks

Located in the entryways of both DMEA lobbies and the Hotchkiss Chamber of Commerce info booth. Here's what you can do:

Drop off your payments along with your bill stub at one of the following locations:
