DMEA’s Cody Carver Receives Alltricity Network’s 2026 Industry Leadership Award

Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA) Chief Operations Officer Cody Carver has received the 2026 Industry Leadership Award from Alltricity Network, recognizing his leadership, industry involvement, and lasting contributions to the electric utility industry.
Carver received the award during Alltricity Network’s 2026 Fall Convention, held in October in San Antonio, Texas. The award recognizes individuals with more than 20 years of industry experience whose leadership has made a meaningful impact on their organizations and the electric utility industry.
Carver has been a dedicated member of the DMEA team since 2001, building a career rooted in technical expertise, hands-on experience, and a commitment to serving the cooperative’s members. He began as an Apprentice Lineman and advanced to Journeyman Lineman, Line Superintendent, and ultimately Chief Operations Officer.
Throughout his career, Carver has gained a deep understanding of electric utility operations and the people who keep the lights on for DMEA’s members. His progression through the organization reflects a commitment to operational excellence, employee development, and the safe, reliable delivery of electricity to the communities DMEA serves.
“Cody’s career is a great example of what it means to grow with your cooperative and lead with a deep understanding of the work and the people behind it,” said DMEA CEO Jack Johnston. “He brings decades of experience, a strong commitment to our employees, and a clear focus on serving our members. This recognition is well deserved, and we’re proud to see his contributions to DMEA and our industry acknowledged.”
Carver was one of three recipients of the 2026 Industry Leadership Award.
DMEA congratulates Carver on this achievement and thanks him for his continued leadership and dedication to the cooperative and the electric utility industry.
