Network Update 11/29/21: As a result of the targeted effort on November 7, 2021, to access data on DMEA’s internal network, our internal network is currently not fully functioning. This also applies to our fiber internet subsidiary, Elevate. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working to restore all services; however, at this time, DMEA is unable to complete the following processes:
Accept and process payments: We will notify you when payment services are restored.
SmartHub: Your online account tool is also temporarily shut down. You will be notified when it is available for online payments and account changes.
Bill processing: While our meters are fully functional and measuring your energy use, DMEA cannot complete the normal billing process. This delay may result in your bills arriving close together. DMEA is committed to working with members to ensure the return to ‘normal’ does not cause undue hardship over the holiday season. We have suspended all penalty fees and disconnections for non-pay through January 31, 2022. Payment arrangement options will also be available for members if necessary.
