October 1, 2018 — Another Elevate zone in the Surface Creek area is on its way to faster connections and buffer-free streaming. Orchard City 112 hit its preregistration goal earlier this month and home installations are set to begin this week. DMEA members in this zone, plus many other live Elevate zones across the co-op’s territory, can get live service within 2 weeks of signing a service agreement.
To get started, simply follow the steps below:
- Place your order at join.elevatefiber.com. This is the same as the preregistration process, so skip this step if you have already preregistered. Just type in your address, select residential or business, and click search. Then complete the quick order form.
- Keep an eye on your email inbox. After you preregister, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email with the subject line ACTION REQUIRED. This second email is your link to read and sign your service agreement.
- If you preregistered a while back, no worries. You should have already received your ACTION REQUIRED email. Check your inbox (and junk folder). If you don’t have an email from us, give us a call at 877-687-3632 and we can resend your information or mail you a paper copy of the agreement.
- Once you’ve signed your agreement, we will reach out to schedule your home install!
