Billing Information Print E-mail

Bills are mailed at monthly intervals. The days in a billing cycle may vary month-to-month, but the billing cycle will not be less than 27 days or more than 33 days. The bill is considered past due if not paid by the date printed on the bill. Bills are mailed to the address of the member who signs the service application or to another address requested by the member. The member who signs the application is liable for any charges to the account. 

What options do I have to pay my bill?

Payment on your account may be made in the following ways:

  •  Use the envelope enclosed in the bill to return your payment through the postal service.

  •  Pay in person at either of our customer service locations in Montrose or Read. Montrose office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m, Monday through Friday. Read Personal Assistance Convenience Center hours are 8 a.m to 5 p.m, Monday through Friday.

  •  Night deposit boxes at each office location.

  •  Drop boxes are also conveniently located at City Markets in Montrose, Delta and Hotchkiss, Cedaredge Mercantile (on the customer service counter) and Don's Market, Paonia (on the right as you walk in the front door) and Safeway in Montrose.

  •  Pay by credit card or check by phone using our Automated Phone Payment System (available 24x7) - 1-877-687-3632 option #1.

  •  Pay online using our online payment system.

You can also enroll in our Power Pay program to have your bill automatically deducted from your checking account.
