Annual Meeting of the Members of
Delta-Montrose Electric Association

Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of the Members of Delta-Montrose Electric Association to be held on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at the Montrose Pavilion, 1800 Pavilion Drive, Montrose, Colorado, for the purpose of electing members to the Board of Directors, for the purpose of passing upon reports covering the calendar year 2011, and for transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting. Registration and Voting for board members will be held between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and the Business Meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. The Election Polls will close at 9:00 a.m. and no ballots will be accepted after that time.
