NOTICE TO CHANGE TARIFFS/FEES

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGE TO THE TARIFFS/FEES OF DELTA-MONTROSE ELECTRIC ASSOCIATION

You are hereby notified that Delta-Montrose Electric Association (DMEA) proposes to make the following changes to its tariffs, to become effective January 1, 2016. DMEA will add a Cogeneration and Small Power Production Qualifying Facilities ≤ 100kW rate tariff. This rate tariff is applicable to DMEA’s purchases of electric energy from Qualifying Facilities, with a capacity less than or equal to 100kW, under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act.

The proposed tariff is available for examination at the Association’s business office located at 11925 6300 Road in Montrose and at www.dmea.com

A hearing, final authorization, and documentation of the proposed changes will be made at the regular meeting of the DMEA Board of Directors to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. at 11925 6300 Road, Montrose, Colorado.

Anyone who desires to comment on the proposed changes shall file written comments with the Association, either by mail to:  Delta-Montrose Electric Association, Rate Comments, P.O. Box 910, Montrose, CO  81402 or electronically to  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , at least one (1) day before the Board of Directors meeting date referred to above or present at the meeting.

The changes ultimately authorized may or may not be the same as those proposed and may include changes different those tariffs/fees proposed or currently in effect.
